   Once I saw the Sweetheart portrait template, I knew I had to choose it for our old little rescue, Ginger. We had such a good laugh at her drinking tea! She always sits with her legs crossed like a proper lady in her dress and daintily eats her food piece by piece. Perfect! Her puppy mill days are behind her and she gets the royal treatment she deserves! My husband loves this gift. Her portrait compliments the second portrait of her "brother", Otto - the Major.

   We bought this as a gift for our co-worker's cat, as her humans were getting married. We wanted to make sure that Olivia had equal share of new pictures that would adorn their walls, and thought is was particularly important to stage a 'who wore it best' so we opted for 'The Sweetheart' because it was a white dress.
   
   Needless to say, humans and Olivia all loved the tribute. It was a perfect fit to how fun an funky they are, but also brought a really great laugh and smile amidst all of the COVID chaos that surrounded their big day. The detail is perfect - and customer service was great! We wanted to expand the size post-purchase (we found out that some of the image would be cut off if it were to be an 8x10) and got a quick-turn invoice to upgrade our purchase without any issues. Thank you for the option to cut the line as well! It was well worth it :)

Just a heads up if you need it by a specific date even with paying for line jumping it took fee days longer than 4 weeks so plan ahead and you'll be happy with the purchase. Understandable I ordered over the Thanksgiving/xmas holiday during the pandemic so longer wait times were to be expected. Thanks I'll be back soon for my French Bulldogs portrait!

I requested a minor revision when I saw the proof and Anna took care of it and the change was just what I wanted. When there was a minor issue with the finished product, the customer service team gave a rapid response to my inquiry and the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
