Can I print more than one pet on one product?
We offer modern pet portraits for up to 6 pets in one print.
To find the right portrait for your fur family, click the main menu and click the Modern Collection.
Can I see the pet portrait before printing?
Yes, Cherish Moment offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there’s an issue we’ll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.
The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet.
What if I don't like my pet portrait?
If you don’t like your custom artwork we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you’re happy.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we have shipped over 600,000 pet portraits around the world, and we always use fully tracked shipping.
Do you just design dog portraits?
Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
Can I add text to my pet's portrait? Like the pet's name or a date?
Absolutely! You can specify the text, font style, and placement in the order notes, and we’ll design and format it for you free of charge, making the portrait more personalized and meaningful.
