   I was very happy with my experience with Cherish Moment, especially with Customer Service. When my canvas arrived, I was happy with how it turned out, however, there was an item that my dog was wearing in the original photo that did not get transferred to the canvas. At my request, they repeated the print, including the missing item at no charge to me. I was able to proof the piece before it was mailed out and am happy with the result. Please continue to add more “bottoms” to choose from for future projects.

   We ABSOLUTELY loved the portrait of our Libby! Cherish Moment provided amazing customer service; immediately, letting us know that the pic we submitted wasn’t going to be the best....and corresponded with us to ensure we had the best pic possible. They provided nearly instant feedback.
   Upon receipt of the package, I posted a video of our family opening (the perfectly packaged) box (it arrived within two weeks).....and captured the moment of surprise.
   As a result, many family and friends have inquired about where we got this done! I would highly recommend Cherish Moment!

   My sisters and I ordered these posters of our dogs and loved them so much we decided to order a canvas for my grandma! One of our posters arrived before the other and we were concerned it was lost. We reached out to Cherish Moment customer service via email and Facebook message and received a response within 24 hours! They were very willing to help us but we ended up not needing help because the second poster arrived just a few days later. The product is high quality and sure to get a laugh out of anyone who sees it!

   I received two portraits so far. I want to complete my collection with my third cat, my parent’s cat, my sister’s two cats and my bearded dragon. I’m most looking forward to immortalizing my best friend, Caroline, who passed 3 years ago. She accompanied me throughout my adult life, from 19 to 37. She was a mixed breed Maine Coon and was the smartest, sweetest feline I’ve ever known. The memories that this company captures is indescribable. Thank you, Cherish Moment!!

   This portrait exceeded my expectations! I purchased it on a whim when C&P partnered with The Humane Society Int'l and my sister's dog's birthday was coming up as well. I didn't expect to receive it before her birthday but it arrived the day before! I wasn't emotionally prepared for the detailed resemblance and neither was my sister - smiles turned to tears and then a combination of the two! Stella the Ballerina Dog loves it too, although she's not apt to show it! :-)

I had to give it to him early, as he managed to break & dislocate his ankle & needed cheering up. It worked!
